Congratulations to KB on his new job!! From what I am told, KB is being paid a lot more money at his new job than he'll ever be able to spend so he has most graciously offered to foot the bill for our next "board meet up." Seriously, I am very happy for you, KB, and wish you all the best. Your new employer is very lucky to have a guy like you working for them.

This getting up "before sun rise" isn't my favorite time of day. I have NEVER been a morning person and getting up at 6:00am is HARD. I know most of you have been doing that for MANY years BUT I have been working at jobs where I set my own hours. I can write software at 8:00am or 8:00pm and I prefer NIGHTS. AND YES, THAT WAS A WHINE!
I am now having to go to bed before midnight and get up at 6:00am, maybe 5:30am if I have to get gas. I DON'T LIKE IT. Monday morning was the worst. Each day gets better. By Friday it wasn't too bad.
This job is 8:00am to 5:00pm and I have to be there at 8:00am, I can leave anytime after 5:00pm. Plus the drive is 1.5 hours TO the place and 1.5 hours back home each day. That 3 hours a day is exhausting.
YES, I am so rich, I will foot the bill for everybody's hotel room at Chateau on the Lake. Each person will get a free spa treatment, I will hire a limo to take us around town..........WAKE UP.....STOP DAYDREAMING AND GET BACK TO WORK.

This morning wasn't bad. The alarm went off and I didn't try to press the snooze button. I got up and left. The drive is still bad but the "getting up early" part, I have adjusted to pretty well.

How is this possible you may be wondering? It's actually quite simple and works off the good old law of supply and demand. Every year thousands upon thousands of cars, trucks, SUVs, and motorcycles are seized or repossessed by government law enforcement agencies, the IRS, local law enforcement, and banks from people who can no longer afford the payments or those involved in criminal activities.
