We had shrimp, green beans and corn. For dessert I had double strawberry ice cream. It was blue bunny, reduced fat and no sugar. I thought it might taste so so, but it was really YUMMY!!!

Wendy's chicken nuggets and a small vanilla frosty for me!!
Critter, have you tried the Edy's slow churned (less fat), no sugar added ice cream? I like Edy's better than Blue Bunny.

I am trying to figure out how to cook a Pork Chop. A friend of mine fixed some for her office today (she owns a spa and they were super busy before Mother's Day) and she gave me one. She has a special Vienamese seasoning she makes and it is great.
She gave me one in a baggy. It is raw and it needed to obsorbe the flavoring NOW I am trying to figure out how to cook it. For any that don't know. I CAN'T COOK. If my microwave broke, i would STARVE. I am trying to figure out how to cook 1 in the toaster oven I have since I don't want to fry it (Don't know how) and it is supposed to be baked.
Beyond that (lunch) , i went to to sonic and got me a sonic burger and some onion rings. Both were great.

Well KB, I'm not a culinary institute graduate but here's how I would fix that pork chop in a toaster oven. Pre-heat the oven to 300-325. Put the pork chop in an oven proof glass baking dish or pan and cover with foil. Bake for approx 50-55 min.
I tend to like to fix meat in the oven at a fairly low temp. I'm guessing that you don't have a meat thermometer so I'd cut into the pork chop after 50 min to see if it is done (no pink = done). You should be able to broil in the toaster oven (I think) but I don't have any advice there for pork. However, if you do a google search you should get a lot of info.
When you get the "cooking" thing down to perfection be sure and let us know and we'll all be over for Sunday dinner.
Who wants to go to KB's house for Sunday dinner next week?
