Let's create a scenario. What type of show would you create? Magic? Comedy? Musical? Something else? What performers would be there? Would you have current Branson stars, or would you get some new people? Maybe even a current celebrity? What would make your show unique?
I thought this might be a fun way to keep things going around here. :bounce:

Lots and lots and dancing girls and NO COUNTRY MUSIC....actually I think someone already stole my idea. But I would get to audition the dancing girls for MY SHOW.
What would make it unique: NO COUNTRY MUSIC

I would probably start another magic show. :magician: My magic show would be up with the times music wise. Maybe a few country songs, but not much. Oh, yeah, and type 1 diabetics get in free! ;D Don't worry KB, there will be plenty of dancing magician's assistants!

I'd love to see a Broadway style musical -- Footloose, Hairspray, anything along those lines.

I'd love to see a Broadway style musical -- Footloose, Hairspray, anything along those lines. I don't want to get off topic on the thread but I think Branson would do well with some of the Broadway musical shows. They are traveling around the USA but they NEVER touch in Branson. I went and saw CATS in Little Rock and plan to go and see several musicals in the area this year. Wicked came to Oklahoma City last year but it was sold out and I didn't get to see it. There have been several musicals in Little Rock in the past but NONE have been to Branson. I don't understand that. In the 90s I was in Branson and CATS was playing at one of the theaters. I think this was in 1995 or 1996. I went back later in the season and could not find it. I asked and was told "the show lasted 15 years on Broadway but less than 1 year in Branson". I had another person tell me that CATS had never been in Branson but I remember a tourist card about it and the signs.

I'll help pick out the dancer's outfits. (Only the ladies, of course. I didn't want any of you people making assumptions!)
